The Kivalo Kitchen Knife is a beautiful and practical tool for every chef!
The knife is designed as a nice and easy-to-use general purpose knife for home kitchens, cabins and even campfires! Due to its size it is perfect for processing vegetables and meat - just to name a few examples.
The handle is made of Finnish birch. The blade of the knife is made of easy-care stainless steel (X50CrMoV15). Plywood-made blade guard is included, so this light knife can be carried all the way to the campfire!
Handcrafted in Rovaniemi, Finland. Design by Heikki Alakulppi.
Dimensions (approx): Blade length 165 mm, thickness 2 mm and height 29 mm. The blade is slightly flexible. The weight of the knife is 54 g (with the blade guard 72 g).
Please note that we recommend hand washing to keep the knife in as good condition as possible. Sharpening can be done with a grindstone or a diamond sharpener.
