The Kivalo Kitchen Knife is a beautiful and practical tool for every chef!
The knife is designed as a nice and easy-to-use general purpose knife for home kitchens, cabins and even campfires! Due to its size it is perfect for processing vegetables and meat - just to name a few examples.
The handle is made of Finnish birch. The blade of the knife is made of easy-care stainless steel (X50CrMoV15).
Handcrafted in Rovaniemi, Finland. Design by Heikki Alakulppi.
Dimensions (approx): Blade length 165 mm, thickness 2 mm and height 29 mm. The blade is slightly flexible. The weight of the knife is 54 g.
Please note that we recommend hand washing to keep the knife in as good condition as possible. Sharpening can be done with a grindstone or a diamond sharpener.
