PS. If the cutting board starts to feel dry, we recommend treating it with paraffin oil (or some equivalent oil). Hand wash only, please! The knife’s carbon steel blade may rust, so it is recommended to dry and/or clean it thoroughly after the use. If necessary, the blade may be protected by treating it with unsalted oil. Sharpening is possible, for example, with a grindstone or a diamond sharpener.
