Bear Knife
Description
Bear Knife
Bear Knife – Following in the Footsteps of the King of Our Forests!
Handcrafted from Finnish rowan wood and carbon steel, the Bear Knife embodies the majestic presence and strength of the bear, deeply rooted in Finnish forests. In Finnish tradition, the bear is the proud and powerful guardian of the forest, symbolizing resilience, calm strength, and a profound connection to nature. The Bear Knife was designed to capture these very qualities. Its 120 mm blade is crafted to withstand demanding use in the wild, making it an ideal tool for both precise carving and more rugged tasks. The handle, made from Finnish rowan and through-dyed birch veneer, offers a sculpted appearance and excellent usability. The bolster is crafted from brass, and the blade from durable, low-maintenance carbon steel (120 mm, 80CrV2, HRC 59), making it an ideal choice for a variety of tasks, whether in nature or for everyday use. Each Bear Knife is carefully finished at the Kivalo Design workshop, merging the strength of Finnish nature with traditional craftsmanship.
